n8n local

n8n local is a private automation setup run by one person on their own computer. It is not a public service and has no other users.

It uses Google sign-in to let its workflows work with the owner's own Google account:

Google Sheets — read and append rows in the owner's spreadsheets (a research bibliography, task lists, job and grant trackers).
Google Drive — create and read documents in the owner's own folders.

Results are posted to the owner's private Slack workspace.
